★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang memuaskan, respon time sangat kurang sekali. Kelas VIP hanya ruangannya saja tapi pelayanan buruk.
The service is not satisfactory, the response time is very less. The VIP class is only the room but the service is bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya IGD cepat, ada tempat parkir dan mushola. Suasana asri silir-silir, dan lokasi tepat di pinggir jalan raya.
The emergency room service is fast, there is a parking lot and a prayer room. Beautiful atmosphere, and the location is right on the edge of the highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat sangat buruk. Informasi utk dokter sp.A buka jam 2. Kita datang jam 2 kurang 1/4. Sampai jam 3.11 blm juga buka poli anak nya. Ga ada pemberitahuan apa2.
Karena petugasnya pada asyik cerita kenceng, aku tanya. dokter biasanya dtg jm berapa, dijawab jam 3, kadang jam 1/2 4, jam 2 jg pernah.
Kenapa dr awal bilang jam 2 klo dokter dtang jm 3 lebih.sy dtang bawa ank lg sakit ni. Gila aja!!
Jelas bkn rumah sakit ini!! tp ini tu selevel klinik kl pelayanan nya sesantay ini
Very very bad. Information for doctors sp.A open at 2. We come at 2 less than 1/4. Until 3.11, the child's poly has not yet been opened. No notification whatsoever.
Because the officers were busy telling stories, I asked. What time does the doctor usually come, answered at 3, sometimes at 1/2 4, at 2, never.
Why did you say it was 2 o'clock from the start when the doctor came at 3 o'clock? I came with this sick child. Just be crazy!!
Definitely not this hospital!! But this is at the level of a clinic if the service is as good as this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman saya pribadi Minggu ini saya akan kembali keluar kota kemudian di beberapa RS di area kota tidak dapat menerima pelayanan tes swab anti gen pada waktu di bawah jam 12.00 wib, sehingga karena suatu perhitungan saya memilih tempat ini sebagai tempat tes saya, akan tetapi pelayanan di tempat ini sangatlah kurang memuaskan, mulai dari pendaftaran sampai dengan akhir memakan waktu yang cukup lama, malah bisa dibilang sangat lama, yang biasanya di Jakarta atau kota lain hanya memakan waktu kurang lebih 15 menit. Walaupun para perawat dan pekerja sangat ramah, sangatlah membosankan nya menunggu berjam-jam karna hanya tes swab antigen. Mudah-mudahan peforma dari pelayanan semakin dapat ditingkatkan agar lebih mempermudah customer apalagi yang sedang terburu-buru dan membutuhkan waktu yang singkat.
My personal experience This week I will be back out of town and then in several hospitals in the city area they cannot receive an antigen swab test service at below 12.00 WIB, so because of a calculation I chose this place as my test place, but the service at this place is very unsatisfactory, starting from registration to the end it takes quite a long time, in fact you can say it is very long, which usually in Jakarta or other cities only takes about 15 minutes. Even though the nurses and workers were very friendly, it was very boring waiting for hours because it was only an antigen swab test. Hopefully the performance of the service can be improved to make it easier for customers, especially those who are in a hurry and need a short time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dengan pelayanannya,, mengantre dari jam 2 sampai jam 5 ke dokter obgyn hanya untuk USG belum dipanggil.
Disappointed with the service, queued from 2 to 5 to the ob-gyn only for an ultrasound not to be called.
