★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan bagus dan baik, perawat dan dokter ramah, fasilitas memadai, akses untuk mendapatkan sarana dan prasarana mudah karena banyak tempat umum yang memberikan pelayanan kebutuhan pasien.
 Good and good service, friendly nurses and doctors, adequate facilities, easy access to facilities and infrastructure because there are many public places that provide services for patient needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan kurang memuaskan. Dari pihak pendaftaran lewat WA diminta untuk datang jam 11.00 tapi kenyataan harus menunggu sampai jam 14.00 dokter baru datang. Tidak hanya sekali namun setiap kontrol di Klinik Penyakit Dalam pasti selalu seperti ini. Bahkan pasien yg menggunakan BPJS dan umun juga dibedakan, lbh diutamakan yang menggunakan jalur umum daripada BPJS. Semoga RSU Palang Biru dpt mengembalikan pelayanannya seperti dulu. Saya sangat kecewa sbg masyarakat yg mempercayakan pelayanan kesehatan di sini.
Unsatisfactory service. From the registration side via WA, they were asked to come at 11.00 but the fact was that they had to wait until 14.00 for a new doctor to arrive. Not just once but every control at the Internal Medicine Clinic must always be like this. Even patients who use BPJS and general are also distinguished, it is preferable to use the public route rather than BPJS. Hopefully the Blue Cross RSU can return its services to the way it used to be. I am very disappointed as a community that entrusts health services here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari pelayanan sudah oke, tapi ada 1 dokter spesialis yang sangat galak dan tidak komunikatif, mau bagaimanapun yang namanya rumah sakit kan melayani pasien ya, harusnya bisa dong keramahannya ditingkatkan lagi. Tidak sekali dua kali mendapatkan perlakuan dari dokter spesialis yang seperti itu. Apabila karakternya memang demikian, mohon dari pihak manajemen mempertimbangkan. Karena sebaik apapun pelayanan di rumah sakit, kalau masih ada sikap yang tidak ramah dengan pasien pasti akan selalu berdampak tidak baik bagi pasien terhadap penilaian rumah sakit tersebut.
From the service it is okay, but there is 1 specialist doctor who is very fierce and not communicative, no matter what the name of the hospital is to serve patients, yes, the friendliness should be improved again. Not once or twice get treatment from a specialist like that. If this is the character, please consider the management. Because no matter how good the service at the hospital, if there is still an unfriendly attitude to the patient, it will always have a bad impact on the patient's assessment of the hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here for antigen test twice, and fortunately it's not crowded that I could get the result in around 30minutes. The registration process was quick, there's no long line even during busy hours. The staffs were friendly and helpful during my visit both times.
