kurang rama suster perempuan malam ini mohon di usut lebih lanjyt membuat smua pasien tidak myaman 13/4 /2022 jam 08.00 smoga mba susternya bisa di usir lgi tensi pasien tangan pasien di tepak gak.sopan..?

pelayanan kurang memuaskan memang sih ga ada smoking area didlam tapi ko disamping pos scurity ada yang bisa mroko yah pas ikut nimbrung eh dilarang katanya sih bukan tempat umum padahal dah jelas itu ruang terbuka tanpa pintu. kesimpulannya boleh meroko tapi buat karyawan tok. apa bener kaya gini pak walikota

Kalo bisa ksh nilai dibawah nilai satu bintang. Saya ksh nilai tsb pasti. Krn Pagi-pagi ke sini anter istri pertama kali. Buat ambil nomor antrian dan nungguin wkt utk nerima panggilan. Ada hal yg sangat bikin saya kesal terkait sekurity nya. Salah satu sekurity (lobi) mengarahkan ke saya utk parkir motor ke dekat lobi. Lalu ada sekurity lain di parkiran tsb menegur saya krn katanya itu tempat parkir karyawan. Dia menegur dgn nada sperti memarahi saya & bikin hati saya kesel. Padhal yg nyuruh saya parkir adalh sekurity lobi tsb. Di satu sisi memang saya tdk tau kalo itu utj parkir pegawai. Harusnya dia marahin tuh temennya yg sesama sekurity krn mengarahkan saya ke sana. Kayaknya nilai Rendah di Puskesmas Kecamatan ini, bukannya hnya di pelayanan di dalam gedubg. Di Luar gedung jg ga ramah. Terutama sekurity brengs*k tsb. Knp ya puskesmas di DKI Jakarta yg sudah saya pernah datangi, ga pernah ga ada hal yg membuat kesel dan kurang sopan.Slalu ada aja. Pantes saja rate nya pada di bawah 4 dr nilai Rate tertinggi 5. Kalo di ajukan utk dapat WBK/WBBM nih puskesmas, pasti saya pastikan tdk lolos. Krn keramahan dan kesopanan saja tdk dimiliki pegawainya terutama sekurity yg saya mksd. Plus jam layanannya jg ga sesuai.

Take the queue number and wait for the time to receive the call. There is one thing that really annoys me about the security. One of the security (lobby) directed me to park the motorbike near the lobby. Then another security in the parking lot reprimanded me because he said it was an employee parking lot. He reprimanded in a tone like scolding me and made my heart upset. Even though what told me to park was the lobby security. On the one hand, I don't know if it's for employee parking. He should have been angry with his fellow security guard for directing me there. It seems that the score is low in this sub-district health center, not only in the service inside the building. Outside the building is also not friendly. Especially the security bastard*k. Why is it that the puskesmas in DKI Jakarta that I have visited, there has never been anything that irritates me and is impolite. It's always there. No wonder the rate is below 4 from the highest rate of 5. If you are asked to get WBK/WBBM at the puskesmas, I will definitely make sure you don't pass. Because the staff doesn't have friendliness and courtesy, especially the security I mean. Plus the service hours are also not appropriate.

Tolong disidak lagi kinerja dokternya di bagian umum yg kerja shirt malam. Karna waktu saya berobat anak saya kerjanya sudah pada males2an melayani pasien. Anak saya sakit batuk pilek yg menyebabkan penumpukan dahak dalam paru/nafasnya stelah disana dokter hanya bilang batuk biasa dan cuma dikasih obat batuk saja tidak ada pertolongan untuk diuap, atau cepat2 dikasih surat rujukan jika tidak tersedia alatnya, sebenarnya dipuskes juga bisa mengadakan rawat inap untuk pasien anak yg sakit seperti ini, karna hanya terapi uap, anti biotik dan obat batuk sambil melihat perkembangan nya saja. Tapi pelayanannya kurang sigap tolong di tindak lanjuti

After he was there the doctor just said it was a normal cough and only given cough medicine, there was no help for steaming, or he was quickly given a referral letter if the equipment was not available, actually the health center can also hold hospitalization for sick child patients like this, because only steam therapy, anti-biotics and cough medicine while watching their progress. But the service is not fast, please follow up

Bad service for a public health service. First, you have to take a queue number, then proceed to a white tent. When we (I and my mom) came to the white tent, there were 2 stafs working at a table, told us to wait for them to call. Then we wait. But how did you even know our name when you don't even have our data, such as BPJS ID/patient card, or our queue number?? (Confusing, right?) We wait for a while, then we decided to ask the stafs where to put our queue number (mom was told yesterday to come to a certain doctor the day after, so we thought that mom didn't need to go through this step and directly go to the certain doctor). Mom told the stafs at the white tent this, but they said to wait here and have to come here first before go to the doctor with really impatient, and loud, raised voice. After a while, one of the two staf sat at other table and called queue numbers. Only after that that I understand the procedure (to wait for what and to expect what). The procedure is first to take a queue number at the front desk (you can see some security stafs milling around, that's the front desk), proceed to the white tent then wait for your queue number to be called (even if no staf available at the working table, just wait there. You don't want to be told off by rude staf). After your number is called, give your queue number along with "ID bundle" (your patient card, copy of your ID card, and copy of your BPJS ID). They'll staple it into one bundle (if you haven't already) and take it to "other working station". This time, you have to wait for you name to be called. If you are called, proceed to the "other working station". They'll ask you where you live, your personal phone/mobile phone number, and such. Then they'll measure your blood pressure and such, after that you'll be given your "ID bundle" and a piece of paper (statement of clear of COVID-19) and then to wait for your turn to visit the doctor (finally!). If your turn at the doctor has come, just go inside the room. Done. Couldn't you just explain that to the people waiting?? No need to be so impatient and rude. Patient(s) only want know what we're waiting for!

Although this place is just a primary health provider, but the facilities are comprehensive enough. I recommend to come here as early as you can, to avoid queue. There are so many patients here from 10 AM to 3 PM.
