★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sedikit masukan dan saran. Buat yang berwenang maupun Apaitu terutama dr. yang bertugas hari ini 28 Maret 2022. Sesulit apakah membuat surat rujukan untuk rawat jalan ke RS. Sehingga harus berdebat sampe ngomong "mulut saya berbusa" ucap dr nya. Ibu saya yang sudah susah untuk jalan lagi sakit dibela2in datang karena persyaratan harus pasien datang buat dengerin ocehannya. tidak bisa dipercaya kenapa tidak langsung diperiksa pasiennya. padahal kita sudah ngikutin pemerintah dengan mempunyai BPJS MANDIRI. Ibu masuk IGD Jumat mlm karena pembengkakan jantung. Karena sesuatu hal lainnya minta untuk rawat jalan saja karena rawat inap Masi memakai prosedur covid yg harus swab bg penjaganya. Semoga dr. Bisa Merasakan bagaimana perasaan orang2 yang dipersulit buat berobat. Terimakasih. Kalo tidak kompeten jangan bertugas dan tugaskan bikin sengsara orang.

Because of something else, I asked for outpatient treatment because the inpatient is still using the covid procedure, which requires a swab for the guard. I hope dr. Can feel how the feelings of people who are difficult for treatment. Thank you. If you are not competent, don't work and make people miserable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tadi datang karena gak enak badan, biar gak sakit parah makanya ke puskesmas ini untuk berobat, dan izin tidak masuk kerja. Setelah sampai di puskesmas sama dokternya hanya di tensi tanpa di periksa yg lain, karena tensi saya normal tidak ada pengecekan lain.
Saya minta di buatkan surat keterangan sakit, namun tidak mau di buatkan, dengan alasan karena saya tidak sakit (parah/demam/menggigil) padahal belum di cek, hanya cek tensi saja.
Lah saya memang belum sakit parah tapi sudah merasakan pilek, batuk, pusing
Seharusnya boleh dong saya minta surat keterangan sakit, toh di keterangan itu bisa di jelaskan "gejala ringan"
Kenapa tidak boleh di mintai surat keterangan sakit, jadi saya harus berobat 2x ke klinik agar bisa di periksa ulang dan bisa dapat surat keterangan sakit.
Kalau nunggu benar2 sakit nanti jadi lama saya sembuhnya,
Bukankah kalau sudah aja gejala seharusnya segera di obati ?
Kenapa harus nunggu benar2 sakit untuk bisa di terima (mendapat keterangan dlm surat dokter).
