Ketika minta makanan kita (yg sisa untuk di take away) cuma dikasi kardusnya aja ... Cuma dikasih kardus... Yg belum terlipat.. customer dibiarkan melakukan kerajinan tangan sendiri.. pizza HUT lain pegawai nya selalu memberikan pelayanan terbaik.. makanan sisa ketika kita minta take away akan dilayani sampai makanan tersebut tinggal kita bawa pulang..
Child seat
Sudah minta child seat namun tidak kunjung diantar..
Ya saya ambil sendiri..
(Seandainya pizza HUT lain..pasti pegawai nya sudah sungkan dan minta maaf ketika melihat customer ambil child seat sendiri)
Sorry guys...it's not about the taste of the food, but the service is really POOR..

When we asked for our food (which was left to take away) we were only given a cardboard box... We were only given a cardboard box... Those that hadn't been folded.. the customer was left to do their own crafts.. pizza for another anniversary, the staff always gave the best service.. food the rest when we ask for take away will be served until the food is left for us to take home..
Child seat
Have asked for a child seat but it hasn't been delivered..
Yes, I took it myself
(If there was another anniversary pizza.. the employees would have hesitated and apologized when they saw a customer taking their own child seat)

β β β β β Untuk pesanan kami adalah Limo Pizza 1 meter. Terdapat 3 menu pilihan yang bisa di-custom. Dan durasi penyajian sesuai dengan waktu yang dijanjikan yaitu kurang lebih 20 menit. Jadi kami tidak perlu menunggu terlalu lama. Dan pemesanan di tempat ini sekarang sudah menggunakan QR Code.
Untuk service, oke. Ramah.
Untuk tempat, cukup nyaman dan desain interior yang cukup unik dengan ornamen kayu.
Our order is 1 meter Limo Pizza. There are 3 menu options that can be customized. And the serving duration is in accordance with the promised time, which is approximately 20 minutes. So we don't have to wait too long. And ordering at this place is now using the QR Code.
For service, okay. Friendly.
For the place, it is quite comfortable and the interior design is quite unique with wooden ornaments.

β β β β β Pesen 2 creamy pasta, pas sudah jadi tidak panas, tidak diberi sendok (hanya garpu ?), dan produk tidak lengkap (tanpa roti - rotinya harus diingetin dulu baru dikasih) ?
Pas minta dihangatkan kembali, piringnya dikasih dengan hentakan ??? so bad (dengan Ibu Fanny servernya). Turns out pastanya ga creamy tapi pasta kering ya. Sepertinya harus di training lagi ya karyawan yg cabang Pizza Hut ini. Kalah banget dibanding cabang lainnya.
Order 2 creamy pasta, when it's finished it's not hot, it's not given a spoon (only a fork ?), and the product is not complete (without bread - the bread must be reminded before giving it) ?
When I asked to be reheated, the plate was given with a pounding ??? so bad (with Mrs. Fanny the server). Turns out the pasta isn't creamy but the pasta is dry. Looks like I have to be trained again, this employee at the Pizza Hut branch. Very inferior compared to other branches.
