SERVICE SALES X..MI STORE BURUK MENGECEWAKAN
Sblmnya sdh sangat tertarik sm produk tv 55 inch, sy beserta ayah dtg k x..mi store TSM Cibubur stlh bertanya2 akhirnya ayah memutuskan untuk membeli. Dlm proses transaksi pembayaran tertahan krn kita tanya perihal transfer barangnya dr store ke mbl yg dparkir d LG bgmn ternyata mereka tidak siap dgn hal itu (dgn kt lain customer hrs bawa sendiri), sy sendiri sdh brsh menengahi untuk turut membantu membawakan tp sales tidak terlatih berkomunikasi dan mencari solusi yg baik untuk customer,akhirnya ayah sy merasa kurang nyaman dn tidak puas,memutuskan unutk batal bertransaksi.
Disayangkan untuk x..mi yg sdh punya nama dn product yg bagus hrs berkurang citranya dimata customers hanya karena sales yg kurang terlatih menghadapi customer...
Semoga bisa saling sama2 belajar dr setiap peristiwa...

SERVICE SALES X..MI STORE DISAPPOINTING BAD
Previously, I was very interested in 55 inch tv products, my father and I came to the TSM Cibubur store, after asking questions, my father finally decided to buy. In the transaction process, the payment was delayed because we asked about the transfer of the goods from the store to the MBL parked at LG, how did it turn out that they were not ready for that (otherwise the customer had to bring it himself), I myself have already intervened to help bring it but the sales are not trained communicate and find a good solution for the customer, finally my father felt uncomfortable and dissatisfied, decided to cancel the transaction.
It's a shame for x..mi who already has a good name and product, their image has to be reduced in the eyes of customers just because sales are not trained to deal with customers...
I hope we can learn from each other...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cukup kecewa, baru beli kemarin nanya2 info promo.. Cuma diinfo promo bundling provider ajah eh cek struk ternyata ada pembelian selain HP emang sih saya gak bayar mungkin u karyawan tapi ya diinfokan donk...
Terus beli HP bulan Oktober 2021 lihat IG ada gratis merchandise, tapi kenyataannya gak diinfo atau dijelasin karyawannya, mungkin yg gratisan juga u karyawannya. Sudah komplain dg DM ke Ig xiaomi official. Kemarin pas k store juga konfirmasi lagi.

Sudah komplain k pusat dan alhamdulillah sudah ditanggapi dengan baik dan sudah selesai.. Semoga tidak terulang kepada customer lain..
Quite disappointed, I just bought yesterday asking for promo info.. I was just informed about the bundling provider promo, eh, checking the receipt, it turns out that there were purchases other than cellphones, I didn't pay, maybe I was an employee, but I was informed...
Then buy a cellphone in October 2021, look at IG, there are free merchandise, but in fact the employees are not informed or explained, maybe the free ones are also for the employees. Complained by DM to the official Xiaomi Ig. Yesterday, when I went to the store, I also confirmed again.

I have complained to the center and thank God it has been responded to well and it's finished.. Hopefully it doesn't happen to other customers..
