This is my second visit to the one in Mall Emporium Pluit.
The food & drinks are up to the expectations. However, since this restaurant has outdoor seating for smoking section, somehow the restaurant (in my seating area, inside and air-conditioned), there are many flies …
It is rather disappointing that a restaurant under ISMAYA umbrella doesn’t pay enough attention on this aspect.
Finally, today, after a good dinner and a few beers, when I wanted to pay, I was told that I could not use my credit card, due to machine error …? I was using credit card issued by a prominent local bank.
The above unfortunately does not provide great dining experience.

At this restaurant again at about 2 pm today.
At one point, there was no the waiters/waitresses at the dining area when I wanted to request for more drinks. I called the Restaurant/Duty Manager standing by the Bar and was waiving my hand. She did not hear me since she was busy watching TV program.
Unthinkable. Need not to elaborate further.
