★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hairloss therapy is not bad. Might come back for the same hair treatment. It is a glass clear wall salon.. not really comfortable for some treatments. What I will do in the next visit (1) Choose the ordinary hair treatment. (2) Buy the hair tonic from shiseido. Apply at home. It will make the overall cost much cheaper. (3) Come on weekdays. It is not crowded and the hairdresser may pay attention more to my hair.

One of the better known chains in the Greater Jakarta area, but the service is average at best.
The stylists in general are less attentive, at times covering two customers at the same time.
Overall the COVID protocols appear to be less stringent.
