Pelayanannya memuaskan, ramah, proses utk ajuin klaim garansi praktis ga ribet, tempatnya nyaman, untuk prosesnya penggantian barang juga cepet dan ada kepastian. Philips emang ga perlu diraguin lagi sih kualitasnya. Garansi utk catokan aja 2 tahun☺️ Dari sini jadi lebih percaya dengan philips??????

Setelah berkali-kali service disini dan sangat di-treat dengan memuaskan, mulai dipermudah dalam mengurus garansi walau tidak membawa kartu garansi, dibantu mengecek dari SNnya langsung diterima. Kebetulan yang saya perbaiki adalah blender HR2157, yang baru pemakaian beberapa bulan langsung rusak, saya coba bawa kesini dan langsung diganti motornya. Karena service yang memuaskan, saya yang awalnya kecewa dengan kualitas HR2157, menjadi senang karena after sales yang baik dari Philips. Bahkan untuk HR2115&HR2116 yang sudah lama saya pakai, masih bisa diservice disini, karena garansi Philips yang panjang. Namun hari ini saya amat, sangat, kecewa sekali. Setelah sedih akibat banjir yang melanda Mall tempat kami berjualan, CS disini menginfokan bahwa untuk produk yang kami miliki garansi nya Void kalau terkena banjir, bahkan untuk produk lain karena kami pakai buat jualan dan bukan pemakaian rumah juga Void. Jadi untuk apa kami membeli Philips yang harganya mahal, kalau after sales nya seperti ini??? Saya ingin memberi bintang 1, namun bagaimana pun saya sudah pernah merasakan after sales yang amat baik sebelumnya. Jadi saya berikan 2 bintang saja. Saya bahkan merekomendasikan Philips untuk keluarga serta rekan2 saya yang lain karena after sales Philips yang memuaskan namun sepertinya saya tidak akan merekomendasikannya lagi.
After many times the service here and being treated satisfactorily, began to make it easier to take care of the warranty even though not carrying a warranty card, helped check from the SN immediately accepted. Incidentally what I fixed was the HR2157 blender, which had only been used for a few months and was immediately broken, I tried to bring it here and immediately replaced the motor. Because of satisfying service, I was initially disappointed with the quality of HR2157, being happy because of good after sales from Philips. Even for HR2115 & HR2116 which I have used for a long time, can still be serviced here, because of Philips' long warranty. But today I am very, very, very disappointed. After being sad because of the floods that hit the Mall where we were selling, CS here informed us that for the products we have, the warranty is Void if it is flooded, even for other products because we use it for sale and not for home use as well as Void. So why should we buy Philips which is expensive, if the after sales are like this ??? I want to give 1 star, but somehow I've felt very good after sales before. So I give only 2 stars. I even recommend Philips to my family and other colleagues because of Philips' satisfactory after sales, but it seems like I won't recommend it anymore.

Service rice cooker dg kondisi case bersih dan tanpa goresan (krn jarang dipakai), tp lom lama pakai saja sudah rusak tidak bs nyala. Model HD3038/30 (harganya sejutaan). Dibawa service ke tempat ini, katanya termostat rusak perlu diganti, keluar biaya 33 rb (utk pengecekan, tdk bs balik kalau tdk jd service) dan service + ganti spare spart termostat 134rb. Barang setelah diservice, engsel rusak di satu sisi (ga bs tutup sempurna), case body byk goresan, kuning2, dan label kotor mau lepas. Kata teknisinya, rice cooker habis dites masak. Tidak sreg banget dengan cara kerja begitu, barang dikembalikan dengan kondisi kotor dan tdk benar. Setelah dikomplain, akhirnya unit ditukar dg unit lain (bukan baru, tp lbh mulus). Usut punya usut, SN ato serial number yg ditulis pada waktu pendaftaran cuma 4 angka depan 1709. Kedua unit memiliki 4 angka depan yg sama persis. Dari pengalaman ini, disarankan bagi siapapun yg mo service, minta dicatat SN lengkap biar ga tertukar dg barang org lain. Bingung sendiri dan tidak punya bukti karena no SN ini tidak ada di kartu garansi ataupun kardus waktu pembelian, hanya tercatat di unit rice cooker (berupa label kertas putih). Selain itu, CS maupun teknisinya apakah tdk melabel barang yg di service ? Misal dg no pendaftaran/nama. Overall, tdk direkomendasikan service di tempat ini (prosedur kerja berantakan, unit / barang yg service di sini bs tertukar-tukar) dan beli barang merek philips (gampang rusak). Dulu saya senang dan percaya pakai produk philips mulai dari lampu (awet bertahun2), setrika, hair dryer (masi awet krn jarang dipakai), blender (giling bumbu basah bocor), hand blender (pisau chopper tdk bs mutar), air fryer (unit susah dibersihkan) dan rice cooker (cepat rusak).

The service brought to this place, he said, the damaged thermostat needs to be replaced, it costs 33 rb (for checking, can't return if it's not service) and service + replace spart 134rb thermostat. After servicing, the hinges are broken on one side (can't be closed completely), the body case is scratched, yellow, and the label is dirty. The technical word is, the rice cooker is finished cooking test. Not really comfortable with the way it works, the goods are returned with dirty and improper conditions. After complaining, the unit is finally exchanged with another unit (not new, but more smoothly). Investigate a calibration, SN or serial number written at the time of registration only 4 front numbers 1709. Both units have the exact same 4 front numbers. From this experience, it is recommended for anyone who wants to service, ask to be noted the complete SN so as not to be confused with other org items. Confused by themselves and have no proof because the SN number is not on the warranty card or cardboard at the time of purchase, only recorded on the rice cooker unit (in the form of a white paper label). In addition, CS and the technician is not labeled goods in service? For example dg registration number / name. Overall, not recommended service in this place (messy work procedures, units / items that service here can be swapped) and buy Philips brand goods (easily damaged). I used to be happy and trusting to use Philips products ranging from lamps (durable for many years), irons, hair dryers (still durable because they are rarely used), blenders (wet milled leaks), hand blenders (chopper knives can not be twisted), water fryers (units difficult to clean) and rice cooker (easily damaged).

Phillips post sales services are the best, my broken hand blender which i bought before was replace instantly (because it is still under warranty)when i told the staff about the problem.
