★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya kurang baik, sudah antri lama-lama untuk tracing kontak erat COVID malah disuruh hubungi nomor satgas saja tanpa ada pemberitahuan terlebih dahulu, sehingga membuang-buang waktu pasien untuk mengantri dan juga membuat resiko pasian non-covid tertular covid dari pasien lainnya semakin besar

Mohon untuk yang bekerja di bagian Nurse Station pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2021 antara jam 11.15 - 12.00 WIB diberitahu untuk tidak seenaknya dengan para pasien dan lebih ramah lagi kedepannya. Mohon dengan sangat, perkataan para perawat itu diusahakan untuk lebih ramah kepada lansia, orang tua, maupun remaja. Jangan menganggap kalian itu lebih pintar dan lebih mulia dari para pasien. Dengarkan juga pertanyaan2 para pasien, jawab dengan sabar, jangan membentak, dan jangan cuek. Jikalau ada pasien yang belum tahu mengenai rules rumah sakit itu, di tegur dengan baik-baik, jangan mempermalukan didepan banyak pasien lainnya. Saya yakin kalian yang bekerja di puskesmas kel. Lagoa memiliki pekerjaan yang mulia, dan pasti lebih mengetahui etika dalam menghadapi pasien. Mohon maaf atas komentar saya ini, semoga kedepannya menjadi evaluasi dan lebih baik lagi. Terimakasih?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk banget konsumsi obat tb udh tau dosis ketinggian malah dicoba trs slama 2 minggu hasilnya badan saya abis ga karuan dari awal jg mau dpt obat tb disuruh kesana kesini dulu segala srh tes pcr! Emank gw korona! Di puskesmas sini doank yg apa2 di ribetin, masker harus 2 segala, rumah sakit besar aja masker pada 1 ga ush ngeribetin orang lah klo ada org tua yg engap gimana? , terus anak saya juga minta rujukan utk kontrol ke rs koja aja ribet bgt kudu minta rujukan dari rsud tugu koja dulu ????? kesel bgt apa2 di persulit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Puskesmas yg peraturannya sangat tdk menguntungkan masyarakat. Apabila mengambil nmr antrian dan terlewat 5 urutan. Nmr urutan yg anda miliki akan hangus dan hrs mengambil nmr urut yg baru. Agak aneh fasilitas kesehatan milik pemerintah tp menerapkan peraturan yg tdk memudahkan masyarakat. Logikanya seorang yg ke puskesmas adalah masyarakat dgn ekonomi menengah ke bawah. Masyarakat yg sebenarnya memiliki kesadaran utk berobat saja sudah bagus. Tp puskesmas ini menerapkan peraturan rumit seperti itu entah untuk apa, untuk memudahkan pekerjaan mereka mungkin. Saya mengambil sedikit deskripsi kehidupan masyarakat yg berobat di puskesmas. Mungkin ada seorang IRT tinggal bersama mertuanya yg sakit, memiliki 3 org anak yg masih kecil, mengambil nmr antrian pagi2 agar bisa membawa mertuanya berobat pagi2 berharap proses bertemu dgn dokter berjalan cepat. Tp ketika dia kembali ke puskes nmr antriannya terlewat lima nomor dan dia hrs mengambil nmr antrian baru yg sudah pasti berbeda jauh dr nmr yg diambilnya tadi pagi. Mungkin peraturan ini terinspirasi dr sistem antrian di bank. Tetapi keadaan org yg dtng ke bank dan puskesmas berbeda 180 derajat org yg dtng ke bank adalah org sehat sedangkan puskesmas kebalikkannya, mohon di tindak lanjuti lebih lanjut. Sy lihat puskesmas lain lebih bijak dlm membuat peraturan mengenai nmr antrian yg terlewat. Mungkin bs dengan menunggu sampai nmr 3 antrian yg sedang berjalan dipanggil, baru nmr antrian yg terlewat di panggil. Drpd hrs menghanguskan nmr antrian yg sudah di dapat. Terimakasih.

But this puskesmas applies such complicated regulations for whatever reason, to make their work as easy as possible. I took a little description of the lives of people who seek treatment at the puskesmas. Maybe there is a household member who lives with his mother-in-law who is sick, has 3 small children, takes the queue number in the morning so that he can take his in-laws for treatment in the morning, hoping that the process of meeting the doctor will go quickly. But when he returned to the health center the queue number was five numbers missed and he had to take a new queue number which was definitely different from the number he took this morning. Maybe this regulation was inspired by the queue system at the bank. But the situation of people who come to the bank and the puskesmas is 180 degrees different, the people who come to the bank are healthy people, while the puskesmas is the opposite, please follow up further. I see other health centers are wiser in making regulations regarding missed queue numbers. Maybe you can wait until the queue number 3 that is currently running is called, then the queue number that you missed is called. Instead of having to forfeit the queue number that has been obtained.
