★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sebenernya enak bgt di sini dokternya ramah-ramah. tapi pelayanannya super duper lama. dari daftar sampe terakhir bayar bisa berapa jam sendiri apalagi kalo lagi rame. di sini cape nunggunya doang. better sistem administrasinya diperbaiki ya.
it's actually really nice here the doctors are friendly. but the service is super duper long. from the list until the last time you can pay for yourself, especially if you are busy. I'm tired of just waiting here. it's better if the administrative system is fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus untuk pet kliniknya, beberapa kali berobat dan pernah steril juga, anabul sehat kembali, tapi untuk pet hotel dan groomingnya pelayanan kurang, pernah titip anabul, pulang2 kutunya banyak banget...dan kalo lagi penuh anabul ada yg di tarok di belakang... di ruang sempit kurang ventilasi - mohon tingkatkan kebersihan dan kenyamanan buat anabul...
Good for the pet clinic, several times for treatment and once sterile too, the anabul is healthy again, but for the pet hotel and grooming the service is lacking, I have left anabul, there are lots of lice... in a narrow space lacking ventilation - please improve cleanliness and comfort for anabul...
