The items are very complete unlike other pet shops and there is also more grooming so during my dogy at the grooming I can wait while learning.

Fasilitasnya bagus, cukup lengkap, namun sayang sekali groomer nya sangat kurang bisa handle puppies.
Trim nails lama banget.
Bersihin kuping lama juga.
Mandiin pup sempat dilepas tali, ampir puppy saya loncat dari bak.
Saat mengeringkan bulunya, puppy saya muntah 3x karena lehernya tercekik talinya.
Saya sudah pernah bawa ke groomer lain sebelumnya, puppy saya tidak rewel sama sekali. Mungkin krn cara menghandlenya lbh tegas, tapi gentle.
Saran saya, groomer di pet kingdom di train lagi. Sehingga servis bisa memuaskan.
I brought the puppy to the pet kingdom today, for basic grooming.
The facilities are good, quite complete, but unfortunately the groomer can't handle puppies.
Trim nails really take long.
Clean the old ears too.
The puppy bathe was removed from the rope, almost my puppy jumped from the tub.
While drying his fur, my puppy vomited 3x because his neck was choked on the string.
I've taken it to other groomers before, my puppy isn't fussy at all. Maybe because the way to handle it is more firm, but gentle.
My advice, groomers in the pet kingdom train again. So that service can be satisfactory.
