★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you ever need security and safety for your pet/pets, this is the place to go. Went twice and the staffs already remember your name and your pet’s name. This is not like any other vet or pet shop, they make you feel like home. The price range is standard not to cheap yet not that expensive.. the only downside is there’s no night shift doctor and for extensive care better go to pet hospital.. but for first aid, they can never go wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small place but so far one of maybe only few pet shops that accept rabbit when other pet shop accept only dogs n cats. Both the vet & staff are very communicative, and caring. Great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sean visited Maxim Pet Care on July, 27th. He got his first vaccine for Parvo, Distemper, Parainfluenza, Hepatitis CAV-2. It's only cost around IDR 210K. They have friendly doctors and staffs. Sean really loves it and he will back next month for second time of vaccine!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For a pet hotel, it's too small, no play area, too restricted. On the plus side, a vet is always on standby. This review is based on site visit (survey) when I needed to find a suitable pet hotels for my pups. Did not use the service due to the above impression.
