★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sudah 1 minggu lebih air mati. Komplain tidak ada tanggapan. Pengiriman air dg tangki 1 tangki dibagi 2 wilayah, baru dapet 1 galon mobil tangki pergi. Keluhan gak direspon sama sekali.
 It's been more than 1 week the water is dead. Complaints no response. Delivery of water with a tank of 1 tank is divided into 2 areas, then you just get 1 gallon of a tank car. Complaints are not responded to at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sering banget airnya mati. Kadang bau kapuritnya parah. Lalu hari ini minggu, 3 April 2022 air mati lagi. Padahal air dibutuhin banget karena kita semua ada dirumah. Telpon call center nggak diangkat sama operator. Masa pelayanan publik seperti ini nggak ready 24 jam ya, kocak sih ini perusahaan. Pembayaran tagihan lancar, tidak ada tunggakan. Tapi kenapa pelayanan terhadap pelanggan seperti. Payah!!!
Very often the water dies. Sometimes the lime smell is severe. Then today is Sunday, April 3, 2022 the water is dead again. Even though water is really needed because we are all at home. The call center phone is not picked up by the operator. This public service period is not ready 24 hours, yes, this company is funny. Smooth bill payments, no arrears. But why is customer service like. Poor!!!

Sangat disayangkan pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan lagi
Airnya kurang bersih warna kecoklatan , bau , kadang bau kaporitnya diatas standar nyengat banget
Biaya yang dikeluarkan pelanggan tidak seimbang dengan kualitas air alias mahal doang
Saran saya tingkatkan lagi kejernihan air yang pake banyak orang & mereka bayar lhoo
The office is cool? , clean, tidy, very spacious
It's a shame the service needs to be improved again
The water is not clean, brownish color, smells, sometimes the chlorine smell is above the standard, it's really strong
The costs incurred by customers are not balanced with the quality of the water, aka just expensive
My advice is to increase the clarity of the water that many people use & they pay for it lol
