★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keliatannya dibawah ini udh sering dikomplain ya tapi mungkin emang rada tuli kali.. Jadi saya tambahin lagi komplainnya. Diputus mendadak hari itu juga tanpa ada warning pendahuluan. Sekarang tagihan outstanding sudah lunas semua plus denda2nya tapi air nggak disambung2 lagi sudah seharian penuh, teknisinya g datang2 pdhl cuma buat nyambung meteran yg dikunci saja.
Ditelpon cust.servicenya juga g bisa kasih penjelasan yang memuaskan cuma bisa lempar tanggung jawab ke unit wilayah.. Perlu dipecahin apa ni meteran air??
 It looks like the following has been complained about many times, but maybe it's a bit deaf. So I'll add another complaint. The decision was made suddenly that day without any preliminary warning. Now the outstanding bill has been paid off plus all the fines but the water has not been connected again for a full day, the technician has not come just to connect the meter which is locked.
Called the cust. The service also can't give a satisfactory explanation. I can only pass the responsibility on to the regional unit .. What does the water meter need to be broken down?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaman udah canggih ... reminder atau surat peringatan tidak namun langsung asal blokir saja .... minta di somasi kayaknya .... pelayanannya lebih bagus dong jangan sok jadi penguasa
It's a sophisticated era... no reminder or warning letter, but just block it immediately.... ask for a summons, I think.... the service is better, don't pretend to be the ruler

I just paid for the pk water, now I'm asking for the seal to be opened now too!!!!! at 5 pm this afternoon it was still on, please try from Indomaret, I know it's been turned off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga ada toleransi sama sekali..cuma air ngomong sama anak kecil yg baru bisa jln..LG d dlm rumah ga ad sopan.. keluar ga ad orang.. kerjaan banyak g cm ngurusin air.mihon dr pihak manajemen aertra d perbaiki servisnya..KL servis pelayanan 0% banyak orang yg g mau pakai PAM..
No tolerance at all..only water talking to small children who can just walk..LG in the house is not polite..no one goes out.. there is a lot of work to do not take care of water. Please from the management of aertra to improve the service. KL service is 0% service, many people don't want to use PAM..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Main segel aja nga ada pemberitahuan, giliran da bayar dihari yg sama saat penyegelan malah mga tahu kapan di buka segelnya... ...... Tolong diperbaiki layanan publiknya..
Just playing with the seal, there is no notification, it's your turn to pay on the same day when the sealer doesn't even know when the seal will be opened... ...... Please improve the public service..
