★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan kurang rapih dan terkesan tidak terurus. Saran saya kepada warga disana untuk meminta kepada pihak developer untuk merapihkan akses jalan masuk dan didalam perumahannya.
 Housing is less tidy and seems neglected. My advice to the residents there is to ask the developer to tidy up the access road and inside the housing.

Letaknya lumayan strategis karena dekat dengan jalan raya. Di perumahan ini juga ada bengkel keren loh khusus sepeda motor namanya bengkel najib motor. Free wifi juga buat para customernya.
Located on the highway at the end of Harapan Poncol Bekasi. This housing only consists of 9 units. In front of the housing, several shop houses were built. The location is quite strategic because it is close to the highway. In this housing, there is also a cool workshop specifically for motorbikes, the name is Najib motorbike workshop. Free wifi also for its customers.
