★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah sebnernya udah punya rumah. Tapi ttep mau share aja kalo perumahan ini gak sesuai sama komen2 sebelumnya.
Rumah saya bocor trus.
Udah minta bnerin, bocor lagi dan lagi.
Gak ngerti deh ini karena tukangnya gak ketja bner atau developernya gabisa provide material yg bagus.
Coba pikir2 lagi kalo mau beli disini.
Seenggaknya tanya dlu sama penghuni2 yang udah tinggal disitu.
Alhamdulillah, actually I already have a house. But still just want to share if this housing does not match the previous comments.
My house leaked.
I've asked for it, it leaked again and again.
I don't understand this because the exchange doesn't work or the developer can't provide good material.
Think about it if you want to buy it here.
At least ask first of the residents who already live there.

1. atap bocor
2. dinding ngerembes air hujan yg bikin berlumut dimana mana
3. pintu utama melengkung
4. saluran air aja bocor yg bikin tunggakan PAM sampe tinggi
5. Di brosur ada desain taman tp aktual mah kaga ada (merasa tertipu)
6. Tanah pun perlahan mulai anjlok, harus Uruk ulang
7. Saluran selokan air pembuangan tdk lancar, kalau hujan lebat air hanya menggenang tdk mengalir
8. PREMANISME MERAJALELA
gak yakin bangunan gini bakal kuat (penanganan komplain lemot keburu hancur)
Saran bagi yg minat silahkan disiapkan budget extra buat renovasi ulang

2. the wall seeps rain that makes mossy everywhere
3. arched main door
4. the water channel just leaks which makes PAM arrears until high
5. In the brochure there is a garden design but actually there is nothing (feel cheated)
6. The ground slowly begins to plummet, must be re-Urged
7. Sewer ditch drainage is not smooth, if heavy rain only stagnant water does not flow
8. MERAJALELA PREMANISM
not sure this building will be strong (handling slow complaints quickly destroyed)
Suggestions for those who are interested, please prepare an extra budget for renovation

Tanyain ke satu2 penghuninya sekarang kalo mau beli rumah disitu.
Manis didepan aja. Tapi bangunannya gembel. Bocor dimana2. Minta bnerin bocor lagi2. Gak rekomen.
Perumahan komersil kok kayak subsidi.
Are you sure you are the best occupancy? The good ones are the developers.
Ask the only occupants now if you want to buy a house there.
Just sweet in front. But the building is trashy. Leaking everywhere. Ask to leak again. Don't recommend.
Commercial housing is like a subsidy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya diluar ekspektasi sy, setau sy klo cluster udh siap huni. Eh ternyata rmh bocor, dinding belakang basah. Tenyata blm diplester & di aqua proof, udh sering komplain ke pihak developernya, sayang responnya lamban. Hrusmya bgitu rmh selesai ada tahap pengecekan terlebih dahulu, baru rmh siap dihuni. Mgkin pihak developer lbh mengejar gmn caranya unitnya sold out, kasian konsumen disini dirugikan...! #AntiBocorBocorClub
The housing is beyond my expectation, after I know that the cluster is ready for habitation. Eh, it turned out that the house was leaking, the back wall was wet. It hasn't been plastered & is aqua proof, I often complain to the developers, unfortunately the response is slow. That must be done so that there is a stage of checking first, then the house is ready to be inhabited. Maybe the developers are chasing the way the units are sold out, but the consumers here are disadvantaged ...! #AntiBocorBocorClub
