Di Perumahan ini terdapat pasilitas terutama yang berkaitan dengan kuliner, karena di bagian depan banyak yang menjajakan dagangan dengan berjualan berbagai makanan tentunya dengan harga yang terjangkau.
Apabila ingin berkunjung ke lokasi terutama yang berkendaraan roda dua, bisa sore hari sambil memanjakan anak karena dibagian depan ada arena bermain anak juga.
Untuk parkir ada dibeberapa titik.
