The existing 2 houses have not been maintained by the developer. If you rent, fix it yourself..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden gem. Masuk dari jalan besar jalannya kecil dan agak gelap. Tapi begitu masuk komplek, kompleknya luas. Rumah semua disewa dengan harga yg cukup terjangkau. Minus air gak bagus jadi hrs pakai filter. Dan kl ada perbaikan ditanggung penyewa. Suasana nyaman
Hidden gems. Entering from the main road the road is small and a bit dark. But once you enter the complex, the complex is wide. All houses are rented at quite affordable prices. Minus the water is not good so you have to use a filter. And if there is a repair, it is borne by the tenant. Cozy atmosphere

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nicely maintained neighbourhood. Located hidden from the main street but still accessible for cars. Guarded housing complex, but not heavily. The only problem is street light isn't switch on every night, makes the complex looks quite dark. And most of the house is not in a perfect condition (mainly because of the usage from previous tenant), the new tenant should fix the house at own cost. But for a proper neighbourhood, I think its worth it.
