Posisi perumahan relatif tinggi dari lingkungan sekitar sehingga saat banjir / air berlimpah saat hujan deras, perumahan ini yang terakhir terkena banjir.
Cozy simple house. Guarded by security during working hours (including Saturday). At night the door is locked. Citizens are compact and communicative. The position of the housing is relatively high from the surrounding environment so that during floods / abundant water during heavy rains, this housing is the last to be flooded.
