★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya bersih tapi kalo masuk musim hujan agak banjir dan akses jalan rayanya sedang ada proyek jadi agak macet jika lewat lippo karawaci pagi dan sore jam berangkat dan pulang kerja.
Kalo mau lewat belakang lewannya dari perum binong permai.
