Jalannya kasar banget, nggak recomended pake Roda 2 ( any ! )
Konturnya bukit , agak bahaya kalo anak kecil main di luar
Banyak mobil parkir di jalan, kayaknya hampir semua yg punya mobil gak punya garasi... Sangat mengganggu pengguna jalan.
Sebaiknya pemilik perumahan/ pengelola memperhatikan tata kelola lingkungan ( parkir ) agar tidak mengganggu kenyamanan masyarakat pengguna jalan.
Sepertinya juga tidak ada aturan ketat / Perubahan IMB bagi yg renovasi, kelihatan asal Dan banyak yang " makan" got/ jalan umum. Sehingga jalan akses makin kecil saja.
Harus ada ketegasan dari PEMDA sehubungan IMB perubahan Dan batas tanah masing2 . ( Pajak cuy... Duit itu kalo PEMDA mau rajin inspeksi )
Tangerang PEMDA ngacung yoooo....
Security is friendly and helpful
The road is very rough, not recommended using 2 Wheels (any!)
The contour is hill, it's a bit dangerous for small children to play outside
Lots of cars parked on the street, it seems that almost everyone who has a car doesn't have a garage... Very annoying for road users.
It is better if the housing owner/manager pays attention to environmental management (parking) so as not to disturb the comfort of road users.
It also seems that there are no strict rules / IMB changes for those who renovate, it looks original and many people "eat" sewers / public roads. So that the access road is getting smaller.
There must be firmness from the local government regarding the IMB changes and the respective land boundaries. (Tax cuy... Money is if the local government wants to diligently inspect)
Tangerang local government raises yoooo....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan cukup luas, sudah banyak yang terisi, namun karena ini perumahan jadi tidak terlalu ramai diluar rumah terlihat sepi. Tersedia masjid yang cukup bagus, playground, dan lapangan olahraga. Di pintu masuk dijaga oleh security. Minus pada jalanannya, tipe konblok cuma sudah banyak yang bolong sehingga tidak nyaman. Diluar perumahan tersedia ruko yang beberapa masih kosong.

At the entrance guarded by security. Minus on the road, the type of block only has a lot of holes that make it uncomfortable. Outside the housing, there are shophouses, some of which are still empty.
