live in this housing 4 years if it rains stagnant water. mercenary security guard, and the worst is parking hahaha but hear2 have changed security guard

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pemilik mobil tidak memperhatikan area mereka sendiri. Punya mobil gpp, tp garasi juga harus memadai jangan area pparkir rumah org dipakai saat dibutuhkan yg ada dirumah.

The housing is not too big, suitable for a house of migrants from outside Jogja, the location is near the church, close to public facilities and places to eat, near crowded places, right?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This residential complex provides security to the residents at its best. The drawback is too much vehicle & audio noises from the neighborhood. Moreover, open burning of garbage from the neighborhood poses health risks to the residents whom exposed directly to the smoke. It especially affects the residents with sensitive respiratory systems, as well as children and the elderly. However, this pollutant may trigger the impairments of immune, endocrine and nerve systems. It's advisable for the management team to meet the authorities for further solutions to minimize the residents' health and environmental risks.
