★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahannya lumayan ya, masih agak sepi, akses tol dekat tapi harus lewat jembatan layang yg ukurannya kecil bisa masuk mobil brio jika bukan jam kantor. Karna kalau rame jembatan hanya jalur motor, ada akses lain tapi lumayan memutar jalannya.. bagus dan murah semoga kedepannya akses lebih longgar
The housing is okay, it's still a bit quiet, toll access is close but you have to pass a flyover which is small in size you can enter a brio car if it's not office hours. Because if the bridge is busy, it's only a motorbike route, there are other accesses but it's quite a turn around... it's good and cheap, hopefully in the future the access will be looser

The housing model is quite good, but the quality of the building is lacking, unfortunately the service is slow, convoluted, complaints that have no handling!!
