★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Area bagus, disayangkan akses jalan menuju dan dari perumahan dipenuhi lapak pedagang yang bukan peruntukannya sehingga pejalan kaki disulitkan untuk melewatinya, apalagi dengan kendaraan roda dua, atau roda empat makin parah macetnya.
The area is good, it's a shame that the access roads leading to and from the housing estate are filled with stalls of traders that are not their designation so that it is difficult for pedestrians to pass through it, especially with two-wheeled vehicles or four-wheeled vehicles, the traffic gets worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi perumahan sebenernya Deket dengan Jalan Raya, tetapi kurang adanya petunjuk arah masuk ke perumahannya mengakibatkan pengunjung kebingungan jika kesitu pertama kali.
Selain itu depan gerbang ada pasar yang menurut saya kurang bersih dan jalan yang agak rusak.

Besides that, in front of the gate there is a market which in my opinion is not clean and the road is somewhat damaged.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan langganan banjir kalo musim hujan, posisi Deket danau atau rawa... harusnya pinggir danau dikasih tanggul. Akses keluar masuk juga sedikit terganggu banyak lapak pedagang di pasar yg semrawut
