★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daerah ramai cenderung macet, sayang sekali bangunan mungil dan baik ini dibangun kopel dan pembatas dengan tetangga sebelah hanya 1 lapis tembok hebel.
Crowded areas tend to be jammed, it's a shame this small and nice building was built with a couple and a barrier with the next door neighbors only 1 layer of hebel walls.

Strategic location. Close to the toll road. The area is busy. Near Alfamart Indomart, the market until T4 eats the hottest ones. It's okay to be here.
