★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salah satu perumahan yang sangat potensial untuk ke depannya karena akan menjadi bagian dari proyek the next serpong mendatang. Akses menuju krl dekat sekitar 5 menit menggunakan motor) dan 15 menit dengan berjalan kaki. Tersedia juga pasar Tenjo persis di sebrang stasiun.
Perumahan sudah terisi dengan banyak penghuni (proyek rumah subsidi sebelumnya).
Model rumah menarik dan ada beberapa pilihan, untuk spek bangunan sangat standar. Proses pengajuan KPR sangat cepat. Harga bersaing dengan perumahan sekitar. Promo perumahan juga banyak, ada hadiah langsung dan juga cashback.
Pihak developer cukup kooperatif meski banyak beberapa catatan yang harus diperbaiki. Sayang jaringan internet masih sering tidak stabil di hampir semua provider. Lingkungan sekitar masih sangat asri karena masih banyak pepohonan namun di perumahannya sendiri cukup gersang karena masih minim pepohonan. Bersebelahan dengan rumah penduduk yang dibeberapa tempat belum diberi pembatas karena barangkali masih dalam tahap perluasan proyek ke depannya. Daerah Tenjo sendiri masih cukup sepi, tapi akan berkembang dengan baik mungkin sekitar 5 tahunan mendatang.

The developer is quite cooperative even though there are many notes that need to be fixed. Unfortunately the internet network is still often unstable at almost all providers. The surrounding environment is still very beautiful because there are still many trees but the housing itself is quite arid because there are still few trees. Adjacent to people's houses which in some places have not been demarcated because they are probably still in the project expansion stage in the future. The Tenjo area itself is still quite quiet, but will develop well maybe in the next 5 years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan bersubsidi dari perintah. Luas 35/60. Dp.tahun 2021 20anjt. Dengan angsuran 1jtan. Sudah punya rumah, walaupun bergantung tahun pelunasan.
Lokasi trategis sekitar 10menit jalan dari stasiun Tenjo. (Untuk kondisi jalan yang memang caruk Maruk di stasiun tenjonya mengakibatkan macet. Ini mang PR dari pemerintah daerahnya ya...) Bukan pengembang nya. Tapi bisa jadi pertimbangan atau semoga pengembangnya bisa membeli solusi.
Bangunan dan tipenya juga bagus-bagus. Walaupun masih relatif sepi. Tapi kedepannya sepertinya akan jadi daerah berkembang.
Subsidized housing from orders. Area 35/60. Dp. year 2021 20anjt. With 1 million installments. Already have a house, although it depends on the year of repayment.
Strategic location about 10 minutes walk from Tenjo station. (For the road conditions, which are really bad at Maruk station, it causes traffic jams. This is indeed the homework of the local government...) Not the developer. But it could be a consideration or hopefully the developer can buy a solution.
The buildings and types are also good. Although still relatively quiet. But in the future it looks like it will become a developing area.
