★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perumahan peemata sepi. Tapi depan permata banyak sekali yang berjualan makanan apalagi di sore hari sampe malam hari. Di sana aneka makanan. Dan harga relatif murah. Apalagi martabak di sana sumpah enakkk bangettttttttt. Dan bukan itu aja ada bubur juga di sana enak banget ramai sekali. Kalau ke sana sih harus beli bubur dan martabak.

Type perumahan-nya minimalis, sayangnya jalan masuk kedalam hanya cukup untuk 1 mobil saja. Tidak ada portal atau penjagaan petugas security.
