Sate ayamnya daging semua, padahal saya suka yg ada kulitnya, kalau sate kambingnya perbandingan daging:lemak 50:50. Untuk sate ayamnya harganya beda 2rb lebih mahal dibandingkan sate ayam Madura lainnya di sekitar jakal tapi sate kambingnya lumayan mahal sih beda 6rb dibangkitkan sate Madura lainnya. Lebih worth beli di warung sate/tongseng kambing karena disini walaupun 10 tusuk tapi kecil-kecil potongannya (satu tusuk 2 potong daging dan lemak yang di iris memanjang).

The chicken satay is all meat, even though I like the one with the skin, for the goat satay the ratio of meat: fat is 50:50. For chicken satay, the price is 2 thousand different, more expensive than other Madurese chicken satay around the jakal, but the goat satay is quite expensive, 6 thousand different from other Madurese satays. It's more worth buying at a goat satay/tongseng shop because even though it's 10 skewers, the pieces are small (one stick is 2 pieces of meat and fat, sliced lengthwise).
