★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amat sangat menyesal PCR disini. Pantas saja waktu saya dateng ga ada antrian satupun. Salah saya juga sih yg gak tau ternyata tmpt ini utama nya utk melahirkan.
Sudah curiga dr awal yg biasanya tmpt swab selalu ramai kok disini sepi. Trus saya minta kwitansi aja kwitansi manual dikasih nya. Gak seperti fasilitas kesehatan pada umum nya. Trus mereka seperti tdk siap memswab orang yg kemungkinan positif. Krn pas saya kasih ktp salah satu petugas bilang ke petugas lain nya "jangan dipegang ktp nya, orang tua nya udah confirm positif covid". Lalu petugas yg dibilangin tersebut saat itu jg lgsg cuci tangan. Hahahaha.
Yg paling parah adalah bahwa saya di infokan hasil nya keluar 1x24 jam. Kenyataan nya adalah saya diambil sample swab jam 9 pagi. Tp keesokan harinya sampai jam 1 siang belum keluar jg hasil PCR saya. Saya sampai tanya berkali-kali via wa, dan malah diberi info kalo mereka baru menyerahkan sample swab jam 3 sore ke lab besar. Wah benar-benar luar biasa ?
 Very very sorry PCR here. No wonder when I arrived there was not a single queue. It's also my fault that I didn't know that this is the main place for giving birth.
I've been suspicious from the start, where the swab area is usually always busy, how come it's quiet here. Then I asked for a receipt, I just gave a manual receipt. Not like health facilities in general. Then they seem not ready to answer people who may be positive. Because when I gave the ID one of the officers said to the other officer "don't hold the ID card, the parents have confirmed positive for covid". Then the officer who was told at that time also washed his hands. Ha ha ha ha.
The worst thing is that I was informed that the results came out 1x24 hours. The truth is that I got a swab sample taken at 9 am. But the next day until 1 pm my PCR results have not come out yet. I have asked many times via wa, and was even told that they had just submitted a swab sample at 3 pm to a large lab. Wow really amazing

Istri saya melahirkan dengan BPJS kelas 1 tapi di beri fasilitas kelas 2 dan bidan yg praktek tidak ramah
Anak kami vaksin dan istri saya sedang menunggu go car datang
Istri saya menumpang duduk di dalam klinik karna bawa anak bayi dan cuaca panas di luar
Lalu ada petugas / bidan yg melarang duduk di dalam dengan alasan tempat duduk di dalam untuk pasien
Gak tau di mana fikiran nya bidan / petugas tsb
The current mother's gem clinic is not good at service
My wife gave birth with BPJS class 1 but was given class 2 facilities and midwives who practice not friendly
Our child is vaccinated and my wife is waiting for the go car to come
My wife is sitting in the clinic because she has a baby and it's hot outside
Then there are officers / midwives who forbid sitting inside on the grounds that the seating inside is for patients
I don't know where the midwife/officer's mind is

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan bidannya tidak ramah sama sekali. petugasnya juga mulutnye pada ketus. hahahah jangan pernah dtg ke klinik sini lagi
the midwife service is not friendly at all. the officer also had a curt mouth. hahahah never come to the clinic here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bidan sm penjaganya judesssss. ngomong ketus gapunya otak, klinik sih oke tapi ga mencontohkan perilaku yang baik. jangan sampe kalian nyesel berobat maupun lahirin disini. kliniknya juga sepi terus, bukan sepi karna pandemi tapi sepi karna pelayanannya kurang bagusss
the midwife and the caretaker are judesssss. Talking curtly, I don't have a brain, the clinic is okay but doesn't give examples of good behavior. don't let you regret your treatment or give birth here. the clinic is also always quiet, not quiet because of the pandemic but quiet because the service is not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tahun 2009 dan tahun 2013 adalah kenangan indah melahirkan disini... masih teringat.. pelayanan yg cepat dan humble.. habis lahiran di manja sama pelayanannya.. kakakku jg melahirkan disini.. sepupu juga.. udah cocok disini meski jarak rumah ke klinik jauh.. padahal dulu awal pernah periksa di tmpat lain yg terkenal.. di vonis suruh cesar.. pas pindah ke klinik ini kata bidannya masih bisa normal.. alhamdulilah normal.. sehat.. selamat..
Jaya selalu klinik permata bunda..
2009 and 2013 are fond memories of giving birth here... I still remember.. fast and humble service.. after giving birth, I was spoiled by the service.. my sister also gave birth here.. my cousin too.. it fits right here even though it's far from my house to the clinic. far.. even though in the beginning I had a check at another well-known place.. the verdict was ordered to have a cesarean.. when I moved to this clinic, the midwife said it was still normal.. alhamdulillah normal.. healthy.. safe..

Our princess Charlotte was born here with professional help of Ibu Hasma, the senior medical officer. The delivery process is normal, amazingly with skillful hand without any problems and much easier.
Luckily, Ibu Hasma's family live in the behind part of the clinic making her available 24 hours just right away you need her hands.
