★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagian informasi pelayanannya tidak dapat menjelaskan alur pengobatan dengan baik sehingga membuat kami yang ingin berobat agak ambigu dengan penjelasan yang telah diberikan dan membuat kami bertanya berulang kali agar kami jelas dengan apa yang sebelumnya dijelaskan, namun saat ditanya kembali bagian informasinya seakan jengkel dan kesal sendiri dan saya tetap bingung sendiri dengan penjelasan yang menggantung sebelumnya
The service information section was unable to explain the flow of treatment properly so that it made us who wanted treatment a bit ambiguous with the explanation that had been given and made us ask repeatedly so that we were clear with what was previously explained, but when asked again the information section seemed irritated and annoyed with ourselves and I'm still confused myself with the previous hanging explanation

DOKTER YG SEHARUSNYA MENANGANI MALAH DI KAMPUNG TAPI DIJADIKAN DOKTER RUJUKAN UTK TANTE SAYA YG SUDAH LEMAS. 3 HARI TANPA HASIL YG JELAS. HATI2 KALIAN SM DOKTER VIDI. GEPLAK MEJA, MENAIKKAN SUARA. ARDITA CILANGKAP PELAYANAN DAN STAFF NYA CACAT! TOLONG YA SELEKSI LAGI STAFF DAN DOKTER KALIAN! PELAYANAN DAN ETIKA NOL
AWESOME UNPROFESSIONAL!! RUDE DOCTOR, SPEAK RUDE, HIT THE TABLE WHILE SHOUTING TO THE PATIENT'S FAMILY. THE DOCTOR WHO SHOULD HANDLE WAS EVEN IN THE VILLAGE BUT HAS BEEN A REFERRAL DOCTOR FOR MY AUTHENTIC WHO IS LIMITED. 3 DAYS WITH NO CLEAR RESULT. BE CAREFUL, SM DOCTOR VIDI. TABLE CRACK, UP THE SOUND. ARDITA CILANGKAP SERVICE AND HIS STAFF IS DISABLED! PLEASE SELECT YOUR STAFF AND DOCTOR AGAIN! ZERO SERVICE AND ETHICS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya tidak mau lg berobat disini, sebab rata-rata dokternya jutek sekali, dan karyawan lainnya pun sama juteknya. Baru kali itu saya ke pelayanan kesehatan tp karyawan dan dokternya tidak ramah. Padahal bayar loh tanpa BPJS, gmna kalo gratis. Pelayanannya tidak patut dicontoh!!!
I don't want to be treated here anymore, because on average the doctors are very rude, and other employees are the same. That's the first time I went to the health service but the employees and doctors were not friendly. Even though you pay without BPJS, what if it's free. The service is exemplary!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pindahkan faskes bpjs saya sekeluarga dari klinik ardhita karena sebulan yang lalu istri saya ketika berobat disini mengalami hal yg tidak senonoh ketika dalam proses diagnosa oleh dokter dan baru berani cerita kepada saya baru2 ini.
saya juga keluarga nakes di Sudinkes jakpus. Saya tidak mau memperpanjang, cukup pindah berobat dari klinik ini selamanya
I moved the BPJS health facility, my family and I from the Ardhita clinic because a month ago my wife was having treatment here when she was diagnosed with something inappropriate by the doctor and only recently had the courage to tell me.
I am also a health worker in the Central Jakarta Health Sub-dept. I don't want to prolong it, just move for treatment from this clinic forever

Mungkin harus di ganti bidan ,udah tua ga jelas mempersulit pasien!!!
