★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Periplus is so easy to find as it has many stores in Jakarta. Even if you enter the wrong mall, usually there would be some other malls nearby with a Periplus store in it. They have a wide range of imported books in the category of non-fiction, fiction, children, and magazines. This is my go-to bookstore chain whenever I look for a popular imported novels.
Pretty easy to find a desired book, and there are staffs who would happily help you to find one. They offer a membership with several privileges such as birthday discount and points from purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the books and magazines selection from periplus. Mostly are imported but surely interesting to read. However the store itself is pretty small and filled with lots of shelvings and island displays that cause the store feel cramped and jammed by having several visitors inside
