This is a food stall that sells Pempek a typical food of the city of Palembang in South Sumatra.
This is a successfull branch of Pempek Sekandung 88 at Jalan Mangga 29. Lagoa Koja, North Jakarta.
Located in the strategic place near shopping areas and in street side of the main road.
At this place, you can buy handmade fish cake, with various shapes, half-round with eggs inside called "Kapal Selam " the long and round ones are called "Lenjer" the small round ones are called "Adaan" whose curly surface is called "Keriting" and small pieces of fish balls served with a savor sauce called "Tekwan" and so on.
The way of serving is fried and then cut into small pieces poured with "Cuko" sauce (tamarind and garlic), powdered shrimp, and sliced cucumber.
Other special things sell in this stall is traditional drinks from Palembang such es Es Kacang Merah is the mix of red bean, crushed iced, palm sugar sauce, chocolate sauce, coconut milk, and framboise syrup), Es Campur is a mix of avocado, sliced young coconut, jelly, chia seed, sugar palm fruit, fermented cassava, crushed iced.
