★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You are tired of big hotels, because you travel too much.
They are all basically the same and when you enter they only ask "do you have a reservation.."
In this quiet place near busy Jogyakarta the owner of the hotel waits for you at the gate and asks, you had a good trip.... even if you come for first time, within minutes you feel at home.... and is it not that what we are looking for when travelling too much..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner is very hands-on. Delivering food to our door by himself, and doing chores by himself too. The environment is very calm and soothing, especially at night. Although the pool is slightly dirty, it is pretty good. The rooms are very clean and very pretty. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am Malaysian and was on vacation on February 2020. The owner seems avoiding us. Once he saw us walking to the lobby like suddenly gone for a while. Never encounter that kind of hospitality experience before. All the best and keep it up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My review could be biased due to personal background in which I grew up in an agricultural area.
I stayed there for 1 night with my friends (6 persons per villa). Fairly speaking, the price was standard. However, I personally find it a bit overpriced (IDR 1.3 million/night) - perhaps also due to long weekend.
It consists of several villas within a rice field complex, a common kitchen and a pool. I rather disappointed on the cleanliness (it was okay on the inside-bathroom was clean, however the outher side needed improvement), no slippers made available. They cut off the electricity around 1 or 2 AM (cant remember exactly), probably assuming that everyone was asleep by that time.
The breakfast was okay, and was delivered to our room. The staff previously asked on the menu to have. I recommend to choose for traditional/local menu since their western menu might not be the one you had in mind.
The staffs were nice and helpful. There was a limited parking lot available for at least 5 cars, I guess. So better check and inform the staff before coming.
Its location is tucked away from the city center (obviously), but is suitable for those who desires to enjoy Javanese farming area nuances. Our villa happened to face the Mt Merapi, so it was really nice in the morning esp. on the sunrise. Suitable for family or group vacation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had two amazing nights here! The place was so clean and surrounded with rice fields, so relaxing. The service was top notch! 3 portions of breakfast with several menus informed by hotel staff and can be selected the night before. Also, I asked the staff if we can print out some documents and they delivered it to my room within an hour, even though it was quite late at night. I recommend this hotel to some of my friends and they seem interested. Definitely will be back to this hotel for my next vacation in Jogja!
