★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kosannya nyaman dan dipinggir jalan jadi aksesnya untuk kendaraan roda 4 pun gampang, ada tempat parkir.
Jam berkunjung bagi cowok sampai jam 10 malam. kos yang lain biasanya cuma sampai jam 9 malam. Ada gerbang jadi parkiran aman, akses masuk 24 jam pakai kunci sendiri. Tempat bersih, rapih, ada sinar matahari langsung jadi ga lembab.
Toleransi untuk teman cowok diperbolehkan asal pintunya dibuka. Kamar isian kasur, meja dan kamar mandi dalam.
Fasilitas listrik karena sistem pulsa jadi patungan sama anak kos lainnya. Overall ini worth it banget buat yang nyari kos sendiri.
 The boarding house is comfortable and on the side of the road so access for 4-wheeled vehicles is easy, there is a parking lot.
Visiting hours for boys are until 10 in the evening. other boarding houses are usually only until 9pm. There is a gate so parking is safe, 24-hour entry access uses your own key. The place is clean, tidy, there is direct sunlight so it's not damp.
Tolerance for male friends is allowed as long as the door is opened. Room with mattress, table and private bathroom.
Electrical facilities because the pulse system is a joint venture with other boarding houses. Overall this is really worth it for those who are looking for their own boarding house.
