★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi sudah bagus di luar perkotaan bahkan di pantai jakarta utara,sayangnya terlalu dekat dengan pelabuhan kapal landing,setiap olah gerak kapal yang agak besar dekat sekali dengan dermaga pltu,riskan sekali tersenggol kapal
