If you come for the view & place, well prepare to be disappointed. Since it's a harbor, the main view is big vessel. But if you're here for fishing, then it's okay. Though I can't imagine eating anything from the immediate waters adjacent to Jakarta's land.
To get there, you must go pass dusty road which sometimes flooded by high tide.
Good thing about it, it's cheap!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a water sports center, you can learn to windsurf and paddle here. Facilities are mainly for athletes, but you can take a simple bath or quick change if needed (salty water so you still need to wash up after you arrive home).
