★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on the side of the road. If you drive from Lembang, the position is after Sari Ater hotspring. Ciater has 2 pools. Kiara pool and Kunang-kunang pool. I don't know where exactly is Kiara pool, is it still exist or not. We went to Kunang-kunang pool, entrance fee for car: about IDR 35K and for pool: IDR 80K/person. Open for 24 hours.
Kunang-kunang pool has 3 pools with different heat level.
There's no warm washout water and it's so cold at night.
What I dislike from this place was the visitor who smoked. They littered everywhere, made the pool dirty.
Hope the developer make a room for smoker so they don't disturb other visitor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally worth it with 65k rupiah per person for 3 rooms and enjoy private hot bathtub. Plus free rent towel, and a free shampoo sachet and a soap, with additional a tea drink for free. You guys should try it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is hot volcanic water holistic paradise, where you can have bathing, massage and even fish pedicure. It works 24 hours and perfect for family visits. It could be great however to make food outlets more clean and diverse. It must be planned for whole day.

Currently, the place is open only until 12AM during pandemic. Originally they were open 24-hour.
