★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just renewing driving license now the process is easier, leaner, faster without having to go through many interview posts, I am satisfied ... although there are many people outside who are willing to offer services via the fast lane, (brokers) but they are not too aggressive, so I safely and calmly take care of my own SIM myself, bravo! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great service from the Police Dept. they've been applying excellent service until now. Information was well given so customers don't get lost. Compliance document posts spread out within this place, but again, you'll never get lost in finding 'em.
place was clean, not so cozy, but clean and quite comfy for us to get thru all the procedures required. beverages vendors opens for you to wait your queue, prices are normal.
=> don't ever sit in front of 'em unless you ordered something, at least a cup of mineral water is enough. They may grumbled and sometimes tells you to leave their space and move to another place.
although the PD had "clean-up" the scalpers, they still exist.. just slightly ignore 'em, and complete your procedures by yourself. it'll save quite amount of your money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite fast service. Hand sanitizer everywhere so u can easily wash ur hands off after touching things. This public place are prone to be the source of covid due to its visitors from various places. They also applies covid protocols such as imperative mask usage, safe distance, etc. The photo room are air conditioned while the waiting are aren't. But hey, that's just a slight fall off comparing to the service u get

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommeded place to create SIM, really quick. The polres located inside the Pasar Buah, you will see sign "Selamat Datang di Pelayanan SIM Pasar Segar Polres Kota Depok", go to the left then right. The police station really small but comfort.
