Sy telp utk konfirmasi pengambilan barang gadai sehari sebelumnya, tp tanggapannya sangat galak spt membentak, pdhl sdh telp baik2...contohlah bank2 yg rata2 CS nya ramah...
Service via telephone is not friendly, employees need to be added (maybe because the existing employees are now sufficient to serve cust in front and receive telp) or be provided with services ...
I called to confirm the collection of pawn items the day before, but the response was very fierce like yelling, even though I was already calling ... for example, banks that are generally friendly CS ...
