★ ★ ★ ★ ★ INFORMASI JAM BUKA TIDAK JELAS. Tanggal 27-04-2020 ditampilkan buka sampai jam 15.00 padahal hanya sampai jam 13.00. TIDAK ADA NOMOR ANTRIAN. Membuat nasabah didahului nasabah yang lain. PEGAWAI TIDAK KOMPETEN. Kesalahan sebelumnya juga turut disebabkan kelalaian pegawai, menghitung uang yang cukup banyak juga tidak menggunakan alat padahal berfungsi dengan baik. Terakhir sebetulnya bukan sepenuhnya kesalahan KC Glagahsari, tetapi PEMBAYARAN HARUS TUNAI. Seharusnya bila m-banking dan pegadaian digital (yang servernya selalu bermasalah) tidak bisa melayani pembayaran non-tunai, bisa diinformasikan kepada nasabah di awal, bukan dijanjikan bisa padahal tidak bisa.
INFORMATION HOURS OPEN NOT CLEAR. 27-04-2020 displayed open until 3:00 p.m. even though it is only until 1:00 p.m. NO QUEUE NUMBER. Make customers preceded by other customers. NO COMPETENT STAFF. Previous mistakes were also caused by employee negligence, counting quite a lot of money and also did not use tools while functioning properly. Finally, it is not really the fault of KC Glagahsari, but PAYMENT MUST CASH. If the m-banking and digital pawnshop (the server always has problems) cannot service non-cash payments, it can be informed to the customer at the start, not promised, but it can't.

I've given up hope I have money tomorrow and sgra can redeem...
