★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai yg ibu2 JUTEK, TIDAK RAMAH, TIDAK INFORMATIF, bahkan rolling eyes ke customer. Kl pegawai yg masih mudah ramah dan murah senyum. Padahal disitu saya mau nebus bahkan jauh sblm tgl jatuh tempo. Tolong ditraining ulang mannernya. Tks.
Employees who are JUTEK, UNFRIENDLY, NOT INFORMative, even rolling eyes to customers. If the employees are still friendly and smiley. Even though there I want to redeem even far before the due date. Please retrain the manners. thx.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unit pegadaian cabang Ambarukmo ini paling terburuk. Bisa dibilang ini SDM nya yg buruk sih, gak loyal & total dalam bekerja.
Masak 2x datang jam9 & jam11 tutup terus.
Kalo emang ada problem, harusnya dikasih pengumuman di depan pintu dong.
Tapi hal ini sudah aku adukan.
Very Bad!
The pawnshop unit of the Ambarukmo branch is the worst. You could say this is a bad HR, disloyal and total at work.
Cook 2x, come at 9 & 11, it's closed.
If there is a problem, it should be announced at the door.
But I have complained about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jam yang dituliskan di google nggak sesuai dengan apa yang sebenarnya,satpamnya bilang kalau jam 8.30 buka,nyatanya sudah lewat dari jam yang diinfokan masih saja tutup,sangat mengecewakan
The hours written on google don't match what they really are, the security guard says that it opens at 8.30, in fact it's already past the time that was informed and it's still closed, very disappointing

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sih buat pagi ini sama Pegadaian UPC ambarukmo , kmren ini sya melakukan pelunasan , barang saya ambil pagi ini dg atas nama adek sya , kmren bilangnya yg ambil siapa aja bisa dg membawa struck pelunasan (hanya membawa struck saja) , pagi ini sya ambil jauh" sya dari jakal atas smpe upc ambarukmo , karyawan satunya bilang harus menggunakan ktp atas nama yg tertera
Tolong dong buat karywannya yg bner yg mana , harus bawa ktp asli atau hanya struk saja , bkin ksel
