The employees are bitchy, don't say hello well. Called to his office to get the goods, connected but not picked up. Please, the manager reprimands his unfriendly frontliner employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah, pagi ini mau tanya2 dulu rencana mau gadai handphone iphone saya jika nilai nya sesuai, malah yang ada si CS bilang HP saya barang palsu/gak ori.
Yang notabene iphone palsu itu = HDC
Note :
Saya beli iphone X Juli tahun 2019, kondisi baru, green peel, bergaransi resmi & sebelum ada regulasi dari pemerintah soal imei terblokir/pembatasan/pemblokiran imei,
2,5 thn saya pakai barang ini aman sentosa & tidak pernah sekalipun terblokir & all provider juga bisa digunakan, sudah di cek kan ke distributor iphone terpercaya, toko2 resmi penjual iphone & barang saya itu dinyatakan iphone ori Inter.
Kalau memang anda menghargai barang saya untuk di gadai cuma bisa di nilai dgn nominal kecil tidak apa2, gunakan bahasa yang enak di dengar jika memang standar pegadaian hanya bisa memberi sekian untuk standar harga hp/elektronik.
tapi TOLONG ya CS pojok kiri, anda tidak perlu men judge barang orang sebagai PALSU/Tidak ORI, hanya bermodal searching google.
Tolong di tingkatkan lagi pengetahuan & tata bahasa anda kepada konsumen.
Akhirnya saya ke pegadaian Demangan dengan pelayanan yang lebih ramah, sopan & tanpa judge men judge barang, dan memberikan nilai takar yang masuk akal & penjelasan yang lebih bisa di terima.
Semoga bisa menjadi bahan koreksi anda kedepan nya.

Worse, this morning I want to ask questions about my plan to pawn my iPhone if the value is right, in fact the CS said that my cellphone was fake/not original.
Which incidentally is a fake iphone = HDC
Notes:
I bought an iPhone X in July 2019, new condition, green peel, official warranty & before there was regulation from the government regarding blocked IMEI / IMEI restrictions / blocking,
I've been using this item for 2.5 years, it's safe & secure & has never been blocked & all providers can also be used, I've checked with trusted iPhone distributors, official iPhone sellers & my item is declared to be an Inter-original iPhone.
If you really value my goods to be pawned, it can only be valued with a small nominal, it's okay, use language that is pleasant to hear if indeed the pawnshop standard can only give so much for standard cellphone/electronic prices.
but PLEASE, CS in the left corner, you don't have to judge people's goods as FAKE/NOT ORI, only with a google search.
Please improve your knowledge & grammar to consumers.
Finally, I went to the Demangan pawnshop with a more friendly, courteous service and without judging the goods, and gave a reasonable measurement value & a more acceptable explanation.
Hopefully it can be a material for your future corrections.
