Bunga relatif murah dibanding dengan gadai swasta ditempat lain. Barang jaminan yang dapat diterima adalah perhiasan emas, logam mulia, berlian, elektronik dan kendaraan bermotor. Perhiasaan emas dan logam mulia dapat digadaikan tanpa surat toko, menerima jenis emas dari kadar rendah sampai kadar tinggi. Dari emas 22 sampai 24 bisa diterima baik dalam keadaan utuh maupun rusak. Namun akan ada perbedaan taksiran untum emas 22 akan ditulis 6-12 karat, emas 23 ditulis 16-17 karat dan emas 24 akan ditulis 20 - 24 karat.
Ini terjadi karena istilau yg digunakan pada pegadaian adalah istilah ilmiah berdasarkan kadar, sedangkan di toko emas adalah bahasa dagang (cuma ada 22,23,24)
