★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan buruk...saya SDH sesuai prosedur.ambil no antrian,buku tabungan Sdh diberikan ke satpam,menunggu,eh pas dipanggil ke dlm ruangan.masih nunggu,saya perhatiin koq yg dtg dibelakang saya SDH dipanggil ya koq saya blm,udah di lwt 2 org.saya blm dipanggil2 jga.kemudian saya ditanya...Bu mau Apa?mana suratnya?
Saya kaget,loh saya udah ngantri lama loh,buku SDH saya kasih tapi gak dipanggil.sambil nahan emosi saya batalin transaksi...gak jelas bgt,buang2 waktu.gak urutan manggilnya.apa mungkin pinjaman atau tab yg LBH besar kali ya yg didulukan.saya jga kerja pelayanan....coba kalian ada di posisi saya bagaimana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niat menggadaikan emas tapi petugas jg tidak menjelaskan tentang jenis gadai.
Dengan nama pegadaian syariah tapi tidak ada prinsip syariah sama sekali yang diterapkan.
Akad tidak ada tau2 pas terima hasil gadai ada biaya yang tidak dijelaskan terlampir di sertifikat gadainya.
Intinya lembaga ini tidak menerapkan prinsip syariah sama sekali walaupun nama2 produknya bernama syariah.
(Gak tau juga apakah lembaganya atau petugas di cabang ini)
Karena akad yang harus diterapkan dalam prinsip syariah tidak dilakukan.
