β β β β β Tolong ya kalau shift karyawan diperhatikan, saya sampai bolak balik ketempat dan buang2 waktu tenaga.
Harusnya:
1.jikalau ad jumatan harusnya bisa dicover oleh pegawai non muslim.
2. Apabila memberikan penjelasan kenasabah harap secara detail jangan setengah2. Contoh jika nasabah ingin pengambilan diwakilkan tolong diberitahukan apa saja yg harus dilakukan dalam prosesnya.
3. Ini dibali bro, karyawannya masak bisa tutup pegadaian karena jumatan. Harusnya itu bisa diatasi misal lebih banyak pegawai hindu kalau perlu.
Saya akan merubah rating saya kalau hal ini bisa ditindak lanjuti, dan kenapa system pelayanan disetiap cabang ga sama ad cabang yg bagus ad yg sangat terpuruk. Gmn maw dapat kepercayaan nasabah kalau standard servicenya kyk gini. Kalau perlu ad pengiriman kerumah jadi bisa langsung dapat ttd,

β β β β β Sy 5x ke pengadaian selalu tutup. Sy kesana jam 1. Selalu tutup. Smpai terakhir sy dikasih surat peringatan. Dianter kerumah. Bikin malu aja. Coba deh kasih no rekening bank pengadaian. Pakai sistem online. Ditambahkan pegawai online nya. rumah sy jauh. Selalu tutup tau2 habis masa lelangnya. Buang2 waktu & tenaga tau nggak. Malu juga klau minjem di pengadaian ketahuan ortu gara2 surat jatuh tempo. Mana suratnya ngasih H-1 lagi. Serahlah klau ada bintang nol. Ingin kasihnya bintang nol!!!
