★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petugas tidak ramah tapi sekurity nya ramah. Ruang bersih tapi agak kuno. Tidak ada nomor antre disini jdi begitu datang langsung ke meja saja mmberi tau petugas keperluannya apa. Jika tidak langsung lapor maka bisa keduluan orang lain. Gadai hp kadang bisa kadang tidak. Disini tutup jam 3 dan pelayanan terakhir jam 14.30 jadi usahakan datang pagi. Parkiran sempit dan panas tapi gratis
 The clerk was not friendly but the security was friendly. The room is clean but a bit old-fashioned. There is no queue number here so just come straight to the table just let the clerk know what his needs are. If not immediately report it can be preceded by others. Pawn cellphone sometimes can sometimes not. Here it closes at 3 and the last service at 14.30 so try to come in the morning. Parking is narrow and hot but free
