★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Masa 3 bulan ini byran meledak orang yang kelilingnya bilang gra2 isolasi jadi ditembak ngecek meteranya,kan bukan salah saya dong, tapi ttep ajah saya yang harus bayar mending naiknya dikit terakhir jadi 440 biasa bayar 80 kan gak masuk akal!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Airnya bocor oleh karena di patahin petugas PAM yg keliling dan saya hrs bayar keran baru 250 rb . Mengapa itu bisa terjadi keran nya hrs ganti dan biaya air keluar selama 2 hr penuh .saya yang nanggung . Dimana tanggung jawabnya

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saat saya menulis ini rumah kami sudah 6 hari tidak keluar air sedangkan saya tiggal di bogor yang notabenaya kota besar, sayangnya instasi pdam benar-benar tidak paham pekerjaan mereka dengan baik, pelanggan ketika ingin melayangkan laporan air mati sering tidak diangkat teleponnya, alasan klasiknya sedang terjadi kebocoran pipa. Rumah saya sering banget tidak keluar air nya sampai seminggu lebih. dan tidak ada teknisi yang ngecek atau penjelasan detil dan jelas penyebabnya apa. padahal kami bayar setiap bulan tidak pernah telat bahkan pernah dapat denda 450 per bulan yang harus dibayar tapi sangat sangat tidak berbanding lurus dengan pelayananya. saya tidak sendiri ada banyak keluhan yang sama lihat saja google reviewnya
As I write this, our house has not come out of water for 6 days while I live in Bogor which is actually a big city, unfortunately the water supply department really doesn't understand their job well, customers when they want to file a dead water report often don't pick up the phone, the classic reason is being pipe leak occurs. My house often does not come out of water for more than a week. and no technician checked or detailed explanation and it was clear what the cause was. even though we pay every month we are never late and even got a fine of 450 per month to be paid but it is very, very not directly proportional to the service. I'm not alone, I have a lot of the same complaints, just look at the Google reviews

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumah kosong tp tagihan membengkak.. bulan lalu 413.550 ribu, bln sekarang 328.070.. ditelp sampe berjam2 gak ada yg ngangkat.. Kukira sudah bertahun2 ada perubahan tp ternyata masih sama... Mau ga mau harus ijin kerja buat ngurus mau sekalian ditutup saja... orang rumah kosong ga ditempatin...
The house is empty but the bill has increased.. last month was 413.550 thousand, this month is 328 070.. called for hours no one picks up.. I thought there had been changes for years but it turned out to be the same... Whether you want to have a work permit to take care of it, you just shut it down ... people empty houses are not occupied...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parah ni PDAM tirta kahuripan jonggol, saya kecewa sering kali air keruh dan bau seperti ini. Apakah pantas air seperti (air comberan) untuk dikonsumsi???? Tolong donk pihak pdam di perhatikan pelayanannya, kami selalu membayar air tepat waktu sesuai tagihan, tapi kalo air seperti ini kami susah sekali untuk complain. Apakah kalo air sudah keluar dari kran hitam seperti ini kami diberikan keringanan gratis airnya??? @Pimpinan PDAM kab. Bogor tolong diperhatikan layanannya.
This is so bad that PDAM tirta kahuripan jonggol, I am disappointed that the water is often cloudy and smells like this. Is it appropriate for such water (sewer water) to be consumed???? Please pay attention to the service at the PDAM, we always pay for water on time according to the bill, but for water like this, it's very difficult for us to complain. If the water has come out of a black faucet like this we are given free water relief??? @Pimpinan PDAM kab. Bogor please pay attention to the service.
