★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyak yg mengeluh termasuk saya tentang PDAM kab Bogor disini.. karena asal2 nya pencatatan meteran mengakibatkan tagihan melonjak seperti kebanyakan kasus yg ada di review..
Ternyata kantor PDAM kab Bogor ada di daerah Perum Bogor Raya Permai, baru hari ini saya ke kantornya biar masalah cepat kelar..
Alhamdulillah ternyata benar aja saat pengaduan, permasalahan nya "typo" pencatatan meteran oleh petugas.
Jadi klo ada kenaikan tagihan yg ga biasanya langsung aja ke kantornya jangan tunda2 soalnya bisa bengkak lama2 kena denda sampai Juta-an (Soalnya tahun lalu sy sudah pernah merasakannya)
Dan skg PDAM kab Bogor udah ada APK nya di playstore namanya SICANTIK (sy juga baru tau saat datang ke kantornya , katanya baru launching bulan September)
Kita bs lapor meteran mandiri dengan APK ini jadi ga perlu khawatir lagi ada "Typo" catat meter oleh petugas ke rumah yg dikunci, kosong dll
*Solusi buat PDAM yg suka mati tiba2 mending sediakan TORN / Tong Air / Penampungan Air lainnya agar tidak ada lagi keluhan air mati mendadak dll (sedia payung sebelum hujan)
Atau
Buat galian sumur dirumah jd lebih aman tetap pake Torn
*PDAM hanya cadangan jika listrik mati / air sumur kering :D
(saya kek gitu, jd selama ini PDAM ga pernah dipake cuz pengalaman pahit pake PDAM mati tiba2 kek review orang2 kebanyakan , jangan berharap PDAM kasih info air mati tiba2 yaa itu mustahil )
 Many complain, including me, about PDAM Bogor Regency here.. because the original recording of the meter causes bills to soar like most cases in the review..
It turns out that the PDAM Bogor Regency office is in the Perum Bogor Raya Permai area, just today I went to his office so that the problem was quickly resolved..
Alhamdulillah, it turned out that it was true when the complaint was made, the problem was a "typo" in recording the meter by the officer.
So, if there is an increase in the bill that you don't usually go to the office, don't delay, because it can swell over time and you will be fined up to millions (because I've experienced it last year)
And now PDAM Bogor Regency already has an APK in the playstore called SICANTIK (I also just found out when I came to his office, he said it was just launched in September)
We can report the meter independently with this APK, so we don't have to worry anymore about "typo" recording the meter by the officer to a locked, empty house, etc.
* The solution for PDAMs that like to die suddenly, it's better to provide a TORN / Water Tong / other Water Storage so that there are no more complaints of sudden dead water, etc. (prepare an umbrella before it rains)
Or
Make digging wells at home safer, keep using Torn
*PDAM is only a backup if the electricity goes out / the well water is dry :D
(I'm like that, so all this time the PDAM has never been used, cuz the bitter experience of using PDAM suddenly dies like most people's reviews, don't expect PDAM to give you water information that suddenly turns off, it's impossible)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini PAM mati terus...kapan lancar nya sih...tiap bln bayar harus tepat waktu...tp pelayanan & aliran airnya sangat buruuuukkk...
This PAM keeps shutting down... when will it run smoothly... every month you have to pay on time... but the service & water flow is really bad...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air mati ga ada pemberitahuan. Kadang ada pemberitahuan itupun telat. Air mati, baru terbit pemberitahuan. Yg baru mau pake Pdam, mending ga usah deh.udh gitu kalo musim ujan air malah keruh bau kaporit
Dead water no notification. Sometimes there are notifications and even then late. The water is off, a new notification has been issued. Those who just want to use the Pdam, it's better not to have to. It's like that when it's rainy season, the water is cloudy and smells like chlorine.

Bogor pelayanannya sangat buruk setiap Sabtu & Minggu mati sudah sering komplin tapi nggak pernah digubris, suruh datang ketempat saya utk ngecek nggak datang, bayarannya setiap bulan mahal, setiap Sabtu& Minggu byk cucian, ada tamu datang ngak ada air punya perasaan dong, jangan hanya terima pasang baru terus, pelayanannya diperbaiki, ganti aja pejabat yg kurang kompoten
PDAM Kab. Bogor, the service is very bad, every Saturday & Sunday, the dead have often complained but have never been ignored, told me to come to my place to check it didn't come, the monthly fee is expensive, every Saturday & Sunday there is a lot of laundry, there are guests who come, no water, don't have feelings, don't just accept keep installing new ones, the service is improved, just replace the less competent officials

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kenapa sihhhhh PDAM di kota wisata sering banget mati tiba tiba, kadang2 kotor, kadang2 kecil banget aliran airnya?????? Hari gini pelayanan masih aja kayak jaman dulu. Pelayanan gk profesional.
Why do PDAMs in tourist cities often die suddenly, sometimes they are dirty, sometimes the water flow is very small????? Today the service is still the same as before. Unprofessional service.
