β β β β β HERAN GUE MAH SAMA PDAM. sering banget mati dan itu gak cuma sehari , lah skrg udah mau seminggu nih masih mati. Tindakan nya gimana sih . kalo telp juga gak ada respon terus. pdhl kan bayar gak murah . Tolong lah kerja nya yang bener. jangan setengah2, jangan cuma mau terima gaji tapi kualitas gak berusaha ditingkatkan. banyak yg kecewa biarin aja kena batu nya pasti

Akibat monopoli & ga ada saingan, kualitas produk PDAM buruk sekali.
BUMD pesakitan kaya gini sama sekali ga ada inovasi, pelayanan buruk, banyak komplain, dan terulang-ulang terus seolah ga ada solusi.
It's time for the water company to be managed by PRIVATE.
Due to monopoly & no competition, PDAM product quality is very poor.
BUMD with patients like this has absolutely no innovation, bad service, lots of complaints, and keeps on repeating as if there is no solution.
